Ofsted

Following our most recent inspection in July 2025, Ofsted has officially rated The Complete Works as Outstanding in every area: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Leadership and Management, and Personal Development.

Our Sixth Form provision was also inspected and achieved the same highest rating.

This recognition reflects over 25 years of developing an educational offer that ensures every student has a fulfilling, aspirational, and supportive journey with us. We are proud that Ofsted has recognised and celebrated our innovative approach.

Inspectors praised our unique education model, noting the “steely focus on ensuring that the curriculum provides high-quality experiences for pupils” and the way learning is tailored to meet each individual’s needs. They highlighted the strength of our curriculum, which combines academic, social and emotional development, ensuring pupils are “very well prepared for adulthood.”

The report also commended the school’s leadership and culture, observing that “the school is led and managed purposefully and with clear intent” and that communication and staff relationships are “very strong.” Support for staff was described as “excellent,” with effective systems in place to ensure wellbeing and workload are carefully managed, enabling teachers to deliver consistently high-quality teaching.
